Blend the above ingredients except the chocolate chips/chunks together until smooth. • 3. Pour in the chocolate chips/chunks and mix. • 4. Prepare 6 muffin cases in a muffin/cupcake tray and divide the batter between them. • 5. Bake for 10-15 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. • 6.
