You MUST try this pineapple upside down cake! It’s so easy, just a few ingredients, and ridiculously moist and delicious!!! Here’s the recipe: • Follow the directions on the back of a yellow cake box to make the batter, but replace the water with pineapple juice • For the glaze: in a pot bring 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/2 cup brown sugar to a boil. Then remove from heat. Grease your baking pan. • In a 10x10 baking pan (I have one linked in my bio if you need one) • Layer: • 1.Pineapple rings. • 2.Put a maraschino Cherry in the center of each ring. • 3.Then pour the glaze over the pineapples • 4. Finally pour over the cake batter • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes • The flip it and voila! DELICIOUS! MAKE IT! #pineappleupsidedowncake #pineappleupside

My sister’s Memorial Day party today!!! And this strawberry shortcake is gonna be a crowd pleaser! And SO EASY!!! Here’s all you have to do!!! • Bake a box of white cake mix (I used the whole egg method) and cool completely! (Follow directions on back of box) • Then with a hand mixer blend up room temperature cream cheese (8oz) with 1/2 cup powdered sugar! Then fold in 8 oz. Of cool whip! (Slightly thawed) • Smooth over cake! • Then mix together two pints of sliced strawberries with 13 oz. Container of strawberry glaze! Add on top of frosting! Keep cool in fridge until you serve!
