Daily Olya, [2 окт. 2024 в 20:55] сохраняйте идейки для ваших тарелочек 📩 а у меня уже новые рецепты в закладках стараюсь всегда добавлять в прием овощи, у меня лучше усваиваются тушеные или запеченные, но от свежих я никак не могу отказаться… хочу научиться самостоятельно делать разные соусы (опять же из запеченных овощей, специй) как у вас с питанием осенью?
